both cars are made to one up each other. there is no better rivalry in all of the car world. but at the same time it all depends on the driver and the mods done to the car. those same mods and driver on the subie and lets see who would win that race. I like both cars, but since I own an STi i have to be partial to them lol. good race though

Put a bigger turbo on the STi to even the race... even tho its a drag from a rolling starts you morons.. these cars are geared to accelerate from 0-80 fast, not 60-100.. the Evo with an aftermarket turbo is pushing at least 10 psi more than the Sti.. Get that Sti a 16g or something.. Subie FTW

@blknblubkrdude from what ive read the stock evo engines are built well enough to take a lot of boost. i read in a issue of superstreet that with upgrades to the turbo and injectors etc the stock engines can have u running 10's in 1/4

Prob built motor and everything else that it could max out in mods, just kept the stock turbo and ported it. Evo's do that as well, I think the fastest stock turbo evo runs low 10s.. or high 9s

@greddy376 acctually your wrong thats what launch control and anti lag is for. the turbo is already close to full boost when they get off the line. so the evo will still jump harder and faster than that sti.

With the stock turbo, he's at a big disadvantage. Less power output compared to the larger GT35r. Both great cars though. Very clean.
