i have a question that me and thousands of technicians have with regards to copyright as part of our trad we often have to perform reinstalls of os's which on a good day is a simple affair just insert the customers cd and your away but often as is the case customers loose theese disks so would you consider it piracy to copy instalation disks to be used 1:1 with the respective os provided the license certificate is on the pc eg customer has dell xp cert and i install using my copy of dell xp
