@Sanvorae Yes. If the police show up then its considered a citizen's arrest because they did not witness the crime. Occasionally I detain someone for police, but not very often.

@Polydynamix Not 100% of the people I get are prosecuted. Depends what's on the tape. If I get enough evidence then I turn it over to police. Most of the tapes I turn over are prosecuted.
