ROFL, I like G Gundam, and I found the joke pretty funny. Despite it being one of the farthest removed Gundam shows ever it has its charm.

On the video, yeah, outside of the whole war conflict with death of major characters, political implications, death of side characters, question of morality, death of civilians, the ambiguous protagonists/antagonists, death, and death, that pretty much sums up Gundam.

Only problem is that A LOT of people do forget that Gundam is more than show with robots and shit blowing up. Whenever I tell people I like Gundam, I end up being laughed at because they think that giant robots is a kids thing.

I dunno...then perhaps I should be classified under the "nobody" category. Apart from the robots, what also interests me about Gundam is the war story itself; you know, how both sides are not in the right, the political implications, real world parallels, development of characters, etc.

If you take out the futuristic setting and the robots, Gundam is at its heart a war show.
