Nice to see a little piece on Cerrillos, but why would anyone be proud of gunfights and lynching being a part of their heritage? There is certainly more to the history of Cerrillos than that!
To my ear, the voice does not sound like Todd Brown's.
ag4nk I am just saying again Hello, U need to know that I have Changed myh mind, I am Not Moving back To New Mexico instead , I decided to live Near one brother of Mine, I moved too, Gardnerville, Nevada instead, I have to go Visit Cerrillos Soon Because I always Miss that Place, But Yeah my Dad's entire family was from There and La Bonanza, That Big Ranch used to be where My Padilla's Lived and cultivated land near Where the "Ranch house is now, off Bonanza creek road. Sincerely Lillian Pad.
I was there with my parents in 1969 (age 9). At the time we were staying in Santa Fe but I have never forgotten this little town and the mine, bar, and two young cowboys riding through the dirt tracks. It was like something off TV for us.(We were a bit of an attraction ourselves as we are British)The few people we met that day were so kind. I am planning to bring my family there soon as I have often talked about Santa Fe and Cerrillos to them. It is so good to see that somethings never change.
@AG4NK hello there, My Name is Padilla, Lil My Grandpa Juan used to live at River and Third in the very Olden days, Juan and Bartola padilla & my dad was born there.

I've known him since he was a young kid. Todd is neither stupid nor contrived.
