Want to know how bad TNA really is? Think about this. The current "PG Era" WWE programming is boring, vanilla, unoriginal, lame and white bread as hell. The story lines are all rehashes, many of the top draws have no charisma at all (which is why Vince BEGGED The Rock to come back even for sporadic, short stints), the announce teams are total shit and the product caters to kids and 13 year-old girls. Still, WWE tea-bags the SHIT out of TNA EVERY...FUCKING...WEEK! At least WCW put up a fight!
Before Dixie Carter/Hogan/Bischoff got their hands on the show TNA had the best wrestling show on TV, they didn't rely on gimmicks, promos, or 50+ year old has beens. Prior to the take over quality matches was the priority now the priority is massaging Hogan, Bishoff and Stings egos.
AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Kurt Angle, Christopher Daniels, Doug Williams plus others that I don't have space to mention are some of the most gifted and imaginative wrestlers in the world, for just let them wrestle.
I agree TNA does suck but i especially I Like Reason 2 Tna= Wrestling retirement home and Reason Number 1 Hulk Hogan. Seriously how is this guy still running shit hahaha

I recently watched a TNA episode one night. The only thing worth watching was the women (they were attractive, no doubt) but their acting along with the men's acting was horrific and so obvious that even a young child could tell it wasn't real (which is what you're supposed to believe, right)? Anyway, I made it through three matches and couldn't take it any longer as it was a total Russo cluster F*! Not saying WWE is better but saying TNA has a long road to go. Retire the old guys already.

in 2006 they pulled off a 0.91 ratying which was great since they first started n had all home grown talent and they promised to be at wwe levels with in a couple years ratings wise then fast forward 6 years later n the best rating the got was a 1.75...they never ever got a 3.0 wihch is embarssing since they waste all the money n hogan n flair n shit n they brag about non sense likie blowing wwe out of the water in merchandise sales but yet they barely lasted a month on monday nights against wwe
Yes Eric is a dumb ass but production wise(like the look of the product), he has actually kind of helped. It does not look as ruff. Russo is not head writer. Yea the long promos and short minimal matches were annoying but seems to of gotten better. Jordan is gone, The Abyssamania thing was retarded. Hogan Flair Sting(can still go though), not wrestling or rare. Rest are gone. Hogan isnt even on TV anymore. The old guys there now are there as mentors to help the younger guys and attractions

You do realize that WWE has been around for decades and has had years to expand, right? TNA is only 10 years old or so. You don't get to be as big as WWE in only 10 years, mate. TNA is young and there is plenty of room to grow. WWE is just going downhill slowly. WWE isn't going any where anymore. It's reached as far as it can go. Two bad quarters in 2011 and 2010, two poorly reviewed Wrestlemanias in a row, and it's just keeping the same fans rather than trying to make new ones.

ECW did fail because of Heyman, the reason being though he was no businessman. You leave him in charge of creating a show, and someone else in charge of business, and that promotion WILL do very well.

i agree with most of what your saying but the 1 thing i dont agree with is #2 WWE made the mistake of not signing or relasing alot of guys in TNA and dixie made the right descion and tried to sign them plus people who deserve pushes get them in TNA and not WWE examples Mr. anderson and low ki (sort of) in WWE mr. Anderson barley held on to the U.S. title and biggest thing he did was face undertaker, in TNA hes a two time WHC and has had big feuds with ppl like hardy, RVD, and sting.

I recently watched a TNA episode one night. The only thing worth watching was the women (they were attractive, no doubt) but their acting along with the men's acting was horrific and so obvious that even a young child could tell it wasn't real (which is what you're supposed to believe, right)? Anyway, I made it through three matches and couldn't take it any longer as it was a total Russo cluster F*! Not saying WWE is better but saying TNA has a long road to go. Retire the old guys already.

in 2006 they pulled off a 0.91 ratying which was great since they first started n had all home grown talent and they promised to be at wwe levels with in a couple years ratings wise then fast forward 6 years later n the best rating the got was a 1.75...they never ever got a 3.0 wihch is embarssing since they waste all the money n hogan n flair n shit n they brag about non sense likie blowing wwe out of the water in merchandise sales but yet they barely lasted a month on monday nights against wwe

Yes Eric is a dumb ass but production wise(like the look of the product), he has actually kind of helped. It does not look as ruff. Russo is not head writer. Yea the long promos and short minimal matches were annoying but seems to of gotten better. Jordan is gone, The Abyssamania thing was retarded. Hogan Flair Sting(can still go though), not wrestling or rare. Rest are gone. Hogan isnt even on TV anymore. The old guys there now are there as mentors to help the younger guys and attractions

You do realize that WWE has been around for decades and has had years to expand, right? TNA is only 10 years old or so. You don't get to be as big as WWE in only 10 years, mate. I have to agree with all that you are saying. For some reason they are looking for some kind of overnight success instead of building a new, fresh product from the ground up. Trend Followers can never be Trail Blazers and they seem unable or more so unwilling to understand that. It takes time to build a brand... I just wish they understood that. i agree with most of what your saying but the 1 thing i dont agree with is #2 WWE made the mistake of not signing or relasing alot of guys in TNA and dixie made the right descion and tried to sign them plus people who deserve pushes get them in TNA and not WWE examples Mr. anderson and low ki (sort of) in WWE mr. Anderson barley held on to the U.S. title and biggest thing he did was face undertaker, in TNA hes a two time WHC and has had big feuds with ppl like hardy, RVD, and sting.

I was open minded when Hogan came to TNA and then I found out "They" were Hogan and Bischoff and I was like, "Nope" and shut off the TV. TNA is resembling WCW part 2 more and more now. VERY SAD. @kuchtaalex3 If you're talking about sacrifices people have made for wrestling fans, then why the hell are you defending Hulk Hogan? Honestly Jeff Hardy is much better than him and has risked severe injury several times for his fans.
And that's without even mentioning true legends like Mick Foley, who let himself be speared through a burning table, took two falls from the top of a steel cage in one night, and has had more tacks in him than a pinboard. Hogan is overrated, end of.

@benjmann2 To be honest... if u still watch wrestling for the storylines then PLEASE tell me what u watch, cuz all of wrestlings storylines are gay, wwfs invasion angle in 2001 was the last good angle because wwe and tna use writers and writers suck, they cant write CREATIVELY for shit!
All I watch is CZW and sometimes ROH if Im bored enough to watch a regular ol' wrestling match (great talent though), they dont use storylines cuz the wrestlers in-ring work tells all the stories u need to know.

@DEKO442 yet to them most of them are new talent to TNA and why is it such a big deal,WWE has hired former TNA stars WCW hired former WWF guys piss on them too,ROH has some former WWE stars piss on them aswell hell piss on WWE for hireing half of the WCW and ECW rosters.
