Well, you can listen in stereo all videos if uploaded before about 20 may (of course if in original stereo!). After this date, YouTube not accept upload in stereo, i don't know why, without a notice or a comment! :((
You can listen in stereo only add &fmt=18, this mode is for me cause of angry!
