I got one!! Episode 24 when Rain is trying to mentally link to the Shining Gundam so it could transfer battle data to God Gundam. She manages to link with it, going through Domon's thoughts in the process, the ultimate thought being of Rain.
i remember this tune most fondly from episode 46 where domon was standing at the pier [with the shuffle alliance behind him] while he was looking at the japanese fleet lift the dark gundam and leave with rain with them.
This was also played on episode 44 when Domon accepted the fact that Schwarz is actually Kyoji.
