is not about you can or can not. my 4 year old in his first season can do that. is an exercise to give KIDS new in the sport control on the ball and speed the target of the drill is to do it the faster you can with out loosing the control of the ball.

this is the first step though when KIDS master this they gotta start to do that while they're walking around then running.
