Drag a road (or whatever form of transportation you are using) thorugh a hill, and when it turns green when dragging that means it will change it to a tunnel.

hey does anyone know the mod where you get all i mean all the buildings in the original game in your landmark bar?

That is not in SC4, just in Sc3k. I can tell it for you, open the power window, close it, then open garbage utilities, close it, open water supplies, close it, open landmarks. Then you have them.

At Simtropois there is a Mod you can download to get all the original buildings as landmarks. I'm not sure who made it, you might want to go to the chat room at Simtropolis and ask. The only problem with that Mod is, Once you lay a building down, If the building doesn't meet it's needs it will abandon quickly. I found it's better just to wait till a building builds and then make it Historic so it will stay as long as you want.
