If i get a bit uncomfortable, i just move a bit, then i'm comfortable.
BTW: I wouldn't use cloth, cause it ruins the fine style of the interior.
I'd say that slight position changes are better, cause you are comfortable and you move (Not just sit there for 5 hours in one position) and keep your interior clean and pretty.
Good Video about neck and back pain prevention while driving! good back support when driving is one the key factors to improve posture and avoid neck pain and back pain. Very Interesting tips Lisa! keep it up with the good work :D
because you are not supporting the lumbar, you are supporting the ribs and the upper spine. you need to be able to shape something to your back so that it will meet your individual needs, whereas a lumbar pillow forces support in possibly the wrong place.
really, it is very helpfull notice, I went through this advice and It works with me very well. thank vary much for this you. other thins, could you please give us an advice on how to hold the "Steering Wheel", and how to Set in front to the computer.

why not just get one of those horseshoe shaped neck pillows and use it for your back? if it doesnt work just get a embroidered cushion.

why not get a CG-Lock? Fits in 2 minutes and ensures the alignment of the spine with the lumbar support... eliminating 'slouching'...

Instead of pillows/blankets, why not just use a lumbar support pad?
