honestly, I wouldn't be sitting any where near the penguin. killer whales are well known to try and tip things over to get at prey. All they had to do was decide they wanted that penguin bad enough and BOOM that boat would have been flipped knocking everything and everyone into the water. Can you imagine the panic? and SOMEWHERE in all of you there is a penguin that Four Killer Whales are trying to eat? I think they got lucky!

I don't think penguins are too bothered by humans, especially considering where they generally live. The most I can think of are researchers, and they obviously cause no harm. I suppose thats the reason the little guy felt confident enough to jump into a boat full of them. :P Very cute, especially when the camera turns around and he's already inside. XD
