@MissBarghest I don't know if there are any videos, but I know that Jim worked the head and left hand of Rolfe while Frank worked the right hand. If that's how they worked him when he played piano, I don't know.

Incidentally, when Jim and Frank operated the Swedish Chef, Jim worked the head while Frank provided both hands, which actually made those bits funnier...you see, the head didn't know what the hands were doing. :)

Yeah, she is. But, she changes her looks too much. I'd like to see her the way she was in Season 2 of the Muppet Show and in The Muppet Movie. She looked her best during those times, in my opinion.
