I thought Hong Kong Milk tea is black tea with condensed milk...I guess different people make different things...

I'm not sure if it is exaccctly, but this is around what it says! lol

1. 500CC milk at 90degrees

2. 16g of red tea, around 2 coffee spoonfuls

3. Put on low for 1 minute. Stir

4. After a minute, pour it out through a filter

5. Add 1 oz. honey or sugar
