Be advised that these are mainly illegal immigrants, who never followed due legal process to reside in South Africa. This alone may be seen as a swerious offence. Of course there is also neglegence of the so called ANC government involved. So one not only needs to blame the rioters, one also should look at the responsibility of left-wingers, do-gooders, liberals and the like. Under "Apartheid" btw. only an adequate number of Blacks was allowed to reside in the area of the White cities.

At least it is understandable, whether it is "justifyable" is another matter. On the race issue you are propably right as well, since no Whites or East Asians have been attacked - Only Blacks from Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Malawi, Nigeria and a few Pakistani. The last two groups are also perceived to exploit local Blacks as well.
