@ISN1P3DI It all depends. Honestly I progressed slowly and there are tons of stringers better than me that haven't done it as long. I was entirely comfortable around 3 months in if that's what you mean. But yeah just practice =) I need to put up a new video. I got lots of improvement!

dude i know your good and all but if you have been doing this for four years why dont you upgrade to flowlights?? they are way pro and last more then just one night and they dont get dull in light i got mine from homeofpoidotcom its a sweet place just make sure you get the cases that way if you do end up hitting them together or on stuff they dont break in pieces just spend like 70$ and thats all you will need but you will need to get batteries also and they will last you a while =D PLURR

@cheaaa21 well if you would really like to know, I have used and owned flowlights but I simply prefer the oldschool natural chemical glow haha. Their lighter and more comfortable for my own taste (I find it more difficult to do a lot of fast paced wraps with heavier poi). It's all about taste but of all the other type of poi out there I actually really do enjoy the flowpoi. I don't have any anymore but may get some in the future.
