Were they arrested after they were asked to leave? It's not like they were going to bust them out of jail. I hope their lawyers weren't given the same treatment. If they were disobedient they might have gotten the crap kicked out of them! I think the cops are worried about more protests and activists creating an atmosphere of "discontent". I'm not familiar with NH drug laws, but dont you just get a ticket and a fine?
(this is smeg) they had prepared the city hall to be the "processing", or "booking", or maybe the "escape route" for the cops violent attack they were preparing for the 420 celebration. so, it (unmarked, and unknown to anyone) was for 'authorized personnel only'... including the out of town cops who were brought in for the "party". i feel that as residents of keene, the 3 who were arrested had more authority to be there.
Hi Smeg - First off - how do you know that the out of town officers are not residents of Keene that happen to work outside of Keene. Secondly - why would you even be surprised...just look at your boy Sam with his camera...big old smile on his face - instead of covering a nice event in Keene, he has a hard on for trouble. Admit it - you're addicted to misery.
damn. thanks for sharing. looking forward to seeing how this develops. yet another opportunity to show the support of the community there against those so willing to use force against peaceful people.
if the people arrested were residents of Keene they OWN City Hall and cannot be committing a crime merely by occupying space there.. maybe Paul Harvey Jr. can tell us "the rest of the story.."
if you were a homeowner and a taxpayer you'd know that the "people" are Keene, as well as the buildings, as well as the roads bridges,etc.. the vid said they were arrested for trespassing and my point was, is and will continue to be that a taxpayer in Keene cannot be arrested for trespassing.. they need to be breaking a law in order to arrested.. moreover, if the area didn't have No Trespassing signs posted every 25 feet they can't be arrested for trespassing..
ummmm, a building in Keene is not a Keene building..? a bridge in Keene is not a Keene bridge..? let's see, when working on the City Hall in Keene what would the job order look like on the "location" line.. I believe it would say "Keene City Hall.." the buildings, etc are Keene as well as the people.. I never said roads, bridges and buildings are people..
law enforcement what a fine pile of shit

Sorry, but buildings, roads, and bridges aren't people. You're a little confused.

How is it even possible to trespass on public property.
That's tantamount to being arrested for trespassing on your own property. So silly
