  • Hidup Melayu!

  • where to learn it?

  • çok bilmekten gelen çabuk ve kolayca teknıkler yerini buluyor. hoca müslümandır inşallah

  • I adore the Guru speed and technique. Top notch. Actually if he does move in full speed, you cant even see when his hand has hit you. I've learn Silat Cekak before and like the simplicity of Silat Suffian also. Hopefully I have the chance to learn this Silat someday. Just wondering if coming to Brunei someday :)

  • YOu are a assassin lol good work, Come to Philly and teach me!

  • brilliant martial art, and no wankers posting bad comments. i would love to study this

  • This silat look like kind of filifino martial art ( kali ) lots of hand technic the same

  • finally i found a vid that almost all the comments are positive...keep it on guys,be positive=D

  • Unlike any other silats, Guru Maul Performs less onto 'bunga' (flowers) before on contact. I can't believe this is Bruneian, Amazing!

  • your art and flow are always top notch,I wish there was a training group some where close to Roanoke Va

  • muy buen video

  • As Salaamu alaikum Brother Mornie! I love your flow and the efficiency of movement in applying your techniques. Your silat is pure and simple. I strongly recommend Bruneian Silat to everyone who desires to learn how to survive on the asphalt jungle!

  • it's funny to think there is anything other than 'close combat'.

You have to get close if you want to hit someone.

Unless you use a sword, spear, arrow, glock 9, ak-47, sniper rifle, bazooka, or tactical nuclear missile

  • Silat Suffian By guru Maul Mornie is better of them.

    Know before to speak

    Thank you

    Carlo ;)

  • Wing Chun to be exact, it is a close art i agree, and very effective too, but Bruce Lee's Art was always changing, never accepting one form over another, its really about what you like but then its what works too. a great combination of arts to add to your own style would be Boxing, wing chun, thai kickboxing, siliat, Kali, Aikido, Braz Jujitsu, just to name a few good ones.

  • Gyus, in close range fighting You are -no doubt- one of the best. Fast and effective. Yr weapons even add power.Thank You for uploading.

  • like him, he is fast and knows what he have to do, thats great.

    and hes asian, hes hot^^

  • Best Ler Brunei

  • I would like more info and to find out were the school is in Washington State and if there is not one there should be

  • why is'nt he back in Brunei? It is closer to Singapore, haha. I am a Malay and I am impressed with his Silat which is closer to the ancient form

  • good flow!!!

  • wow! im impressed!i want 2 learn frm u bro..but where bout?

  • tis guy has amazing speed.... the onli ppl i noe tat matches his speed is action star donnie yen and fellow youtube martial arts sensei ChosonNinja.... amazing silat skills there too :)

  • It is so nice to see so many videos of great techniques, concepts , and ideas. Please, do not let the nay sayers stop you from sharing your art, your time, and your experience with those who truly respect what you are showing.

    Alun

  • Great Maul, fantastic core strength, you can move in and out in great form, you know what they say, float like a butterfly, sting like a bee. Well, you are the greatest (In my opinion)you truly have a very great personality, wish I got to meet you! all the best, with you're future endeavours.

  • i'll really appreciate it if the persatuan wud come to maktab sains and show some demos. becuz only a few students interested in silat. while the others have joined taekwando, karatedo n ikaedo rather than silat. i think this is becuz of the movies influence.

  • helo i am a Bruneian, and i find this martial arts excellent, especially with the knife attack and defence, how can i contact an instructor in Brunei?

  • Thanx, for sharing Guru Maul.

    Peace

  • Why are these entries called shock entries? How are they different than any other entry? What makes them unique and effective?

  • Attend any of his seminars. He will be in the US in Octber. When you feel it then you'll understand why its called shock entries. He is highly rated and recommended by the international martial arts community. Check out his testimonials on his site; Frank Shamrock, Ron Balicki, Tae Joon Lee, etc.

  • Awesome as ever - a True Martial Artist in every sense of the word!

  • Awesome stuff Guru Maul. Looking forward to seeing you on 20th September in Wales - Keep up the good work, Alun

  • I've watched all of the videos over and over, I've studied many forms of martial arts since I was 7 years old, he is one of the best I've ever seen. I want to find a school of his and move out there from San Jose, Ca. Just learn this. Im so impressed. He is truely gifted.

  • everytime i see these videos, i figure out how little i know about fighting...

  • Hello Guru Maul. Thank you for putting up some more video of your Kuntau. It looks very effective & useful. If there is a choice of what you teach at the USA October seminar I would like to see the empty hands Kuntau. Its a pleasure to see in this video the training from the August Seminar applied in a more sophisticated manner. Also always love the knees & head butts.

    Thank You.

  • Hey Maul! another excellent video as always. Will look forward to seeing you some time in the near future at one of your seminars - and up in Scotland some time next year of course.
