This is a powerful tour de force that does not suffer being lyrically altered like so many others or even Elvis' famous gutting of Big Mama Thorton's "Hound Dog" which I liken to the difference between cherry cola and an A-bomb. This was more like the A-bomb and was a defining element of popular music and music video.
