Natural disasters have always occurred at current rate... the only difference (besides some increment due to climate change) is that now news are broadcasted around the world, pointing out events that a few centuries ago would go un-noticved to the rest of the world.

Besides, witha population of BILLIONS and growing cities and populated areas, any given natural phenomenon increases its changes to cause havoc exponentially compared to previous centuries.

In Pakistan, many areas of Hindu Kash,Baluchistan and some of Sind province are having strange tremors for many months i.e. in Qallaat(Baluchistan) people are constantly living in tents bcoz this area is constantly hit by 3.4 to 4.5 magnitude earthquake. On the other hand Northern areas are also receiving 5.6 to 5.8 magnitude tremors atleast once in a month or two. Jesus said that there will be "earthquakes in diverse places," as well as pestilences and famine, and what are we seeing today? It's more intense than EVER!
