Nice work but you did not let your D loop fully form. Slow WAY down and let it come back farther. Your cast will improve tremendously and you won't have to force the line out like you are. You are really fighting hard to try to cast the line out there. Let the rod do the work. That is the concept. Relax and let the concept of this cast guide you.

sorry,wish i could help you, but I don't fly fish. however, incase your interested i often do well with just a pink micro jig in the shallows, or float fishing a pink worm.
