if you put a different exhaust like jet engine's, the exhaust gas makes extra pushing force. it can be possible only in rotary turbine engine, rx7's engine is similar of it.

@adensity cons, its a high maintenance car if you have no patience then do not get the FC3S, the parts are expensive if anything breaks and i mean anything. Pros, well look at it the car is one of those cars that only a certain few drive which means you will be part of the fortunate few. the car can beat most cars out there. it has a high rev engine which is ideal for racing. if you want to learn drifting the best car to drift in.

@xr400forlife they can last awhile with normal maintenance and car, my first rx7 b4 it was sold had around 172k miles on it before i sold it. a lot of people find it weird that it burn oil on purpose and sometimes you have to drive every now and then at high rpms in short spurts to burn off any carbon build up from the burned oil. in terms of handling, i personally enjoy their dry handling characteristics, in the wet though, they can get a little twitchy on the freeways due to

after my rebuild and street port i'm going to get a racing beat exhaust how much did you pay... i found it for like 600 cat back with silencer and like 900 with headers... i have an n/a but hopefully it sounds similar to yours :p

I 've owned Corksport, RB, and the Dual apexi N1. Of those 3 I like the aggressive sound of the RB the most.

ive got two fc's. the bridgy that is fuel injected has the rb. Fucking amazing noise. The carbed bridgy has the corksport. Corksport is seventeen times as loud.

Great video! I'm purchasing a racing beat rev II for my 87 TII very soon.

Did you remove the resonator? Your idle sounds great. Most people don't remove the resonator, and you can usually hear the engine over the exhaust.

i just purchase the whole REV2 heres what i got:

1. downpipe

2. presilencer (which is straight thru)

3. the "Y" pipe

4. the 2 mufflers....

cant wait to install it, my Corksport 80mm power series, catback & downpipe is making deaf... i love the sound of it, especially in tunnels (like my videos). but nothing beats the perfect sound of the racing beat !!

Have you ever owned a rotary my friend?? These arent piston engines. I pushed my FC any time i got the chance. ATLEAST once a day. Never had problems with over heating, rotors, etc. You just have to take care of your car according to how you drive it. Alot of people dont understand that. Rotary engines require TLC. If your not willing to love your RX and show her attention, she will go after your money ^_^.

I have owned a rotary my friend. A 13B which was actually in decent shape, but knowing the reputation the rotary had. I pulled it and put a V8 in its place.

I just personally wouldn't swap a v8 because, simply, it's just not an rx7 anymore lol. The rotary just interests me too much.

if you consider the added boost yes. However if you install the exhaust and keep boost low you wont experience much of an improvement

probably, the downpipe alone bumps up the boost because the turbo can flow so much more

i knowq it's vacuum diposhit-- when your revving high enuf for the wastegate to open- so the turbo is making boost, it should be positive-- until you let off the throttle- then its under vacuum. vacuum my balls smartass.

it takes time for it to build up positive boost not always will it hit positive boost when u touch the throttle its called turbo lag

yeah, its premix cause I was going to remove the omp while it was sitting.

in the beginning its just condensation.
