But leaving out an ending just causes the movie to cut out abruptly. If unlucky, this could be misconstrued as to imply laziness. I liked what the general concept was trying to work for, but alas, nothing became of it. Acting was a little campy, but I'm a fan of that. Audio was inconsistent. Other than that, good work! Hope these things I pointed out can help improvements in the future.

Well, laziness ... to me ... would be wrapping up an ending in a neat little bow. I personally hate predictability. This film is about challenging the audience ... making them work for it. I'm not going to resolve anything for them. The meaning/resolution of the film is in the mind's eye of the viewer. Of course it ends abruptly ... it was meant to, and a lot of planning went into that. This short film is just a brief window ... a vignette. Granted, there are inconsistencies in the sound.

Awesome short. I really liked the cinematography. I thought that the music was haunting. I just wonder why there wasn't more of a use of music throughout the film?

The ending really forces you to speculate. Was it all in his head? Did he do something to the girl?

All in all, very enjoyable, though.

The reason why I held off on any type of music until the "flashback" sequence is because silence ratchets up the tension ... and tension is what I was after.

As for the ending ... that's up to you to figure out.
