If they wanted a big family, they should have looked into adoption. Not only is this bad for the environment, but this woman's body will not be able to take much more.

why wouldnt they do it? clearly alot of people are ok with creating a reality show about their life for the right price. i might even consider it. i grew up in a christian home, went to church and christian schools for part of my life, and though my parents were not nearly as conservative, i knew some people who were. they were very similar to this family, without so many kids of course. but it isnt uncommon for a family to have so many kids. my former pastor's wife was one of 18 children.
They recieve donations and gift by the dozens and get to go on all these free invited trips etc. But I don't see where any of the money is going towards their childrens. All I see is 50 vehicles of all kind from JB. Where's Gloria Allred-AIW to make sure money is put up for all 19 kids being exploited? there are only 19 kids. the other one died, its no longer living. no one is denying your right to disagree with them. the older kids are not required to be there. if they are present, there may or may not be an agreement by which they get paid or do not get paid. i dont know. but they cannot be forced to do anything. but as for the minors, they cannot be legally paid for appearing on tv. their parents can though and so the money belongs to them legally.

In First Timothy 2:9, which states, "In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel." She will know that dressing in a immodest way is NOT what she should do.

I grew up in a Christian home like they are in just not that big. I was raised in a Christian home and have been going to the same church my whole life. I didnt explore other religions. I think you are way out of line by saying that. Exploring other church is not the right way of doing it. All you are doing is confusing yourself.

@thunderdan2 You couldnt possibly know christianity is the truth if you havent even attempted to see what else is out there. Christianity is all you know so thats why you are a christian. Its not because its better or makes more sense than any other beliefs, because you havent even explored anything else. It just gives the person more credibility when they have actually explored other ideas.. And it shows they can think for themselves, instead of just being born into a religion.

Well Nadya said one of her twins are autistic, but I didn't know one was ADHD. But even if that's the case. Judging from the way Michelle kids behave around the house, I'm more likely to believe a vast majority of her brood has it too. As for their gender specific jobs, best you look at "Just ask the duggars" video tape on that one. Well unlike Michelle&JB kids. Nadya kids have a trust fund waiting on them for when they turn 18. In fact, Jim Bob funded that use car lot that's not making any mone with a bunch of junk auction cars just sitting there. Josh had to mark down the prices, so bore he's hanging old license plates up on the fense hoping to draw in customers. He even said business is slow... They have two of JB vehicles sitting there broke! That white mini van and that red SUV. JB even said, the boys have to make a living to support the family. JB believe girls should stay home while the men works.

1. And without the help of TLC-discovery channel, people magazine, sponsors, other organizations and outside charitable donations help. The Duggar would still be living in their cardboard 2000sq. foot box they use to call home. JB would still be running around trying to find a stable single job to support his 13 kids and unemployed stay at home wife. After all, that is what Jim Bob done, he use to own a use car lot too and had his wife just sit around the shop until she started popping out all these babies. Then she became the stay at home mom training her elder kids to become nannies for the new batches she popped out. :)

I don't know. I always thought if a child is on television, that child get paid and its money should be set up as a trust fund for that child for when it turns 18. why wouldnt they do it? clearly alot of people are ok with creating a reality show about their life for the right price. i might even consider it. i grew up in a christian home, went to church and christian schools for part of my life, and though my parents were not nearly as conservative, i knew some people who were. they were very similar to this family, without so many kids of course. but it isnt uncommon for a family to have so many kids. my former pastor's wife was one of 18 children.

They recieve donations and gift by the dozens and get to go on all these free invited trips etc. But I don't see where any of the money is going towards their childrens. All I see is 50 vehicles of all kind from JB. Where's Gloria Allred-AIW to make sure money is put up for all 19 kids being exploited? Shouldn't it be 20 kids in counting instead of 19 and counting? What if #19 die, are they going to go back to 18 and counting and pretend #19 never happened. And if these ppl put their lives on television then that gives me, you and everybody else in this world the right to judge, point fingers, agree or disagree with them. And majority of them are not kids, they're adults. CPS and a child advocate need to be checking up on them little ones.

there are only 19 kids. the other one died, its no longer living. no one is denying your right to disagree with them. the older kids are not required to be there. if they are present, there may or may not be an agreement by which they get paid or do not get paid. i dont know. but they cannot be forced to do anything. but as for the minors, they cannot be legally paid for appearing on tv. their parents can though and so the money belongs to them legally.

i said that there is no legal obligation to pay the children. if michelle and jim bob agree, the children can receive money for it, but it is jim bob and michelle's money until the kids reach 18 years of age.
