I saw a picture which shows Jo and GaGa sideways in the same angle, nose fits perfectly, the ears too (in this picture you mentioned they look pointy cuz the hair covers it), the round jaw bone and facial structure in general, and the eyes are the same. Hair and stuff is no problem to GaGa, it's no secret she wears wigs and wears em' good.
