I am sure he was mis quoted which seems to be the norm by everyone now he is out in front. But I am sure Mr. Paul is without fault and has never misspoken or had something he said misquoted. You really should look up his record and his stance on the safety of this country. I don't want to mix words and we will be happy to have you aboard team Huckabee when you come to your senses.

If you did some research you would find that he was not misquoted. He either greatly exaggerated his credentials or he bold faced lied about them. On the other hand, I cannot site a single instance in which Ron Paul was quoted as claiming something that was later proven to be false. If you can provide such a case I will gladly stop supporting him. However, why would I stop supporting one liar to go and support another. Blindly following a corrupt politician is just not my style.

You got most of the words and names right, but of course there is more to it. Occasionally I will run into former Mormons and know a couple as well, I never met any that left because they felt the doctrine wasn't true (I'm sure there are some). Some left because they were upset with something or were living a life in a way they weren't comfortable in church. You will have to ask your parents why they left; chances are they still believe in the teachings. Good luck to you.

It took Romney a long time to say very much about his religion. He finally did a speech on it. Find the Pastors & Pews video where Huckabee speaks openly about his religion and our culture and why we need faith. I'm still looking for information on the rapist story, but I'm sure there was something to support the Huckabee position even though it turned out tragically.

I like the idea of a Fair Tax. It would encourage people to save more and make America more competitive. Unfortunately, it would never get through Congress.
Huckabee is the only Republican candidate who doesn't address the issue of out of control govt spending on his campaign site, and hasn't identified a single spending cut he would make as President. Considering that America's greatest threat is our own fiscal irresponsibility, he is the worst possible choice.

Technically speaking the Fair Tax would be new, but it replaces every other tax in our current tax system, the Fair Tax is a new Tax System. He has never said he is "fine with new taxes" as President.

You have no idea what Mike Huckabee would do as President. He was Governor of Arkansas for over 10 years and he never made any establishment of Religion in the Arkansas Government and it is extremely ignorant to say that he would do any such thing as President.

He never "begged" the board to do anything. He told the parole board that they need to give him a fair hearing for parole, bassed on recommendations by Corrections officers.
This story came out early in the campaign and was quickly debunked, but now that Huckabee is 1st nationally, Arkansas Democrats are trying to beat him with it, because they could never beat him in Arkansas.
