What is he saying... first he says gerrymandering is bad, and then he's like... "deal with it, I did." Seriously, is he just bragging. Gerrymandering is terrible!

@DrBombay1559 He understands Gerrymandering better than anyone. In 1992, the Georiga Democrats who controlled state government at the time redrew his entire district so that it was in a completely different location. I beieve they moved his district so that his home wasn't in it, and they had to move. I think, but don't quote me on that...
