I've never seen this before...the only toy I remember was Skittle Bowl, which used to be advertized on the back of various DC Comics in the late 60's.
This is an odd piece. It appears to have been made for ad execs -- or buyers -- but it plays much more like a typical cartoon. But where was a 6 minute TV commercial aired that children would see?
