is there a way to turn off the smile detector for the front screen? every time i use the front screen it takes a picture automatically even when i smile justttt a little, difficult to take group shots when everyones smiling and not ready

I think most products should be tested in extream circumstances like dropping, high/low temperature, etc. during development. I had a sony camera before and I had to get it repaired when i accidently dopped. I think dropping electronic devices such as digital camera is a critical and sensitive issue.
