well, on your way up to the 3rd floor, i advise you to beat up the people.

then, on the third floor, collect the laundry and then Norton will come. Run to the other side of the rom as him

and shoot him with the slignshot and throw fire crakcers at him if you have them. when he comes near you, run to the other side of the room and do the same.

when he's knocked out, you can get the hammer to get items you cant get access to before.

As soon as I beat this mission, I knocked Lola out and ran for the hills. HA.

Strangely enough, when I was in the tenements, Vance still had a crush on me or something, because he was never hostile towards Jimmy, and instead asked "What's a knockout like you doin' 'round here?" and I gave him flowers. But then got beaten up by his protective boyfriend or something...

Also, I noticed that there are like, three Vances in this place. Near the beginning, and two next to each other upstairs. Odd.
