thats because it doesn't always work

the resetti center is only open every so often

you need a bit of luck

Where is the ressetti residence?

it is in the city. When you get off the bus don't go up the stairs, instead go as far right as possible.

there will be two orange traffic cones.

Sometimes after 8 pm one cone will be moved to the side and light will be coming from the tunnel.

if the cone is moved to the side go in and Mr. Ressetti will give you a silver shovel.

You can sometimes go back again on a different night but won't get anything.
