This game is called " CRUSH ROLLER " and is a classic. The person who is playing the game is pretty good at it & has discovered a flaw in the program. Well done! DJ Switchback.
FYI Crush Roller was either a licensed copy or more likely a bootleg of Williams's Make Trax, It usually showed various maker's names Kural Esco, Kural Samno or just Kural on it's own.
I remember at the time here in the UK, there was a lot of 'Crush Roller' machines around. In fact more so than Make Trax.
@mukatuna I remember being on holiday in bridlington and seeing this game in a cafe in flamburegh 15 years ago and I finally got to play it after all those years. it was only finding this game on one of those 60 classic games in one cabinet that I found out the proper name so I could play it on mame, only thing I could remember were like a red ghost thing and seeing that guy in the car. red brush made me think of a ghost and that song good by temtations for some reason LOL

Somehow I don't think the game's designers meant for someone to be able to completely wtfbbqpwn it that easily.
And here I used to get so frustrated with this game when I was a teenager I'd just about break the joystick off the cabinet! If only I had known about these tricks back then. =)
