Oh no, you did just fine. I meant I never had to clip any wings at all, because we had to put wire over the turn out area. If I had left the turn out area uncovered, the hawks would be on the chickens in no time.
@brendahere Well I might have taken too much, I have seen where some people only take the back half of the wings. This wont hurt though, just a bit aggressive. Thanks for watching!
I didn't know that. Getting some laying hens is on my to-do list. So I'll try to remember to trim the feathers like that.
