  • I feel it would have been funny if they had more then just "HAHA were referencing British comedy" funny for a few seconds till they kill the joke.

  • Fuck everybody who doesn't get the jokes in this program, people are retarded.

  • WOW, close your eyes and you really think the John Cleese

  • They're 'satirising' a show that ceased nearly 40 years ago. Hardly up-to-date.

  • @MsTeenBirmingham i think you meant to say "up-the-date"

  • @conin76 "i think you meant to say 'up-the-date' "

I don't think so, somehow. 'Up-the-date' doesn’t exist, whereas 'up-to-date' does. However, if this is a challenge to a syntax war, bring it on!

Let's start by analysing your comment above. Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't your sentence have begun with a capital 'I' and ended with a full stop (known as a ‘period’ in the U.S.A.)?

    Your move, Chuckles...

  • @MsTeenBirmingham hi . lucky i looked at my emails to see all your other spelling mistakes from all your other emails msstupidbirmingham aka tennesseredneckgir that you removed (cool how youtube lets you open more than one account under the same i.s.p. and make it look like someone agrees with you, isnt it.) silly little girl. grow up and get back to school

  • @conin76 Now you're trying way to hard. Come on - keep up! Try to keep yourself "up-the-date"! ROFL!

  • @MsTeenBirmingham AM I? how many comments did you remove this time

  • almost as good as the real thing!!! Jolly good show old chap!

  • MINISTRY OF SILLY WALKS

  • I'm British and to be honest, they did a good job on the accent,,, haha,, well done fellas,, :-)

  • Shitting hell, that is a good John Cleese impression.

  • 1 tonne?

  • Thumbs up if you're a fan of Chasers War and Monty Python.

  • I love the silly walk bit he does when he's under the weight.

  • He does an amazing Billy Connolly impression too.

  • wow this is the best most amazing thing i have ever seen. seriously would love someone to shwo this to john cleese im sure he wold love it.

  • I love that when Australians think of Brit comedy they do Monty Python...or something with John Cleese in! It's awesome!

  • Railway Gage Sminkins XD

  • That's a FANTASTIC John Cleese impression!!!

  • Man you have to be a pretty big Python fan to get half the jokes in this.. which is why I love this video :D

  • Lmao, lmao, lmao XD

  • I'm a Python fan and a Chaser fan, I own all of Python's movies and the Flying Circus, and the Chasers War two seasons.

    Well done to them both.

  • he IS the Australian john cleese

  • ahahaha

  • wow good John Cleese impression.

  • Although they're bagging Monty Python I don't mind it because they'd obviously have to know a lot of python material to write it.

And that line when he said 'I wasn't expecting this.' should totally have been a lead up to 'no one expects the spanish inquistion.'

He does a good John Cleese impression though.

    Sorry Python nerd here.

  • Oh, I love british commedy :D.

  • lol monty python & chasers :) awesome.

  • That's hilarious XD

  • dude this video is wicked everyone who's taking it to heart stfu and get a life the chasers are awesome and so is british comedy. get lives people!

  • he sounds soo much like john cleese

  • too right, lol!

  • thats so good haha

  • What's the framerate on this video? 3 frames per second?!

  • yeah, they are taking the piss, but also honoring british comedy, and doing it rarther well, chasers are hilarious and anything they do is gold, so the fact that they impersonated John Cleese is showing that they apreciate british comedy, and its funny :)

  • fawlty towers

  • first chaser skit i ever saw

  • These guys are quite obviously fans of Monty Python. You can tell that the guy that plays John Clesse is a big fan, hes obviously been practiscing in front of the mirror for decades. Often people will parody the things that they love. This is a sympathetuc parody. At the end of the day however, apart from Back of the Y Masterpiece Television, when was the last time you heard of a good NZ or Australian Comedy huh? The British rule, its them we get our culture from anyway.

  • true.. it is a damn good parody :)

  • im guessing yur not australian

  • It's a parody of the Ministry of Funny Walks sketch by Monty Python.

Made clear in the fact that Mr. Hansen is pretty much playing Cleese, and pretty well doing the Funny Walk.

    I am Australian.

  • ummm.... how bout the aussie comedy that we all just saw here??

  • u no they r taking the piss right?

    rightly so imo.

  • That's a very good John Cleese impression!

  • This is actually very accurate and exactly how python did the things that made them famous. The impression of John Cleese and Terry Jones or Eric Idle are very accurate too. If they have seen this i'm sure they will be very proud. Well done

  • I was hoping Chris would've said 'I wasn't expecting the Spanish Inquisition". at 1.07.

  • is this a compliment or an insult?! I've got a feeling it's somewhere in-between...

  • lol that was awesome

  • chasers ftw

  • fukin genius

  • rofl

  • Andrew Hansan is a genius at imitating!

  • hahah i got a badger in my apron! XD

  • at 1:07 it would have been a lot funnier if he said "I wasn't expecting the Spainsh Inquisiton" But still I love the Chasers and Python

  • great job!

  • you my friend are a wanker.

  • He can't hear you, he's dead.

  • He does the best John Cleese mannerisms i've ever seen since, well, John Cleese!

  • very true

  • @kobainage yh well he does look alot like John Cleese!

  • @kobainage holy crap he sounds exactly like him

  • Remember the Ministry of Silly Walks? I think he was emulating that. Great Python jokes.

  • nah its from fawlty towers

    the german episode

where he does the hitler walk thing and abuses them terribly

  • It's a bit of both... well mostly Monty Python.

  • Greatest Python tribute ever. Did anyone else notice Andrew sent up the styles of the whole troup there - obviously Cleese for the whole of the beginning and then at the end: Jones (Mrs Tibbs..) Palin (gumbies), Idle (singing), and Chapham (heart attack)

  • "The Hanging Gardens of Babylon" Haha thats a line out of the Fawlty Towers ep Communication Problems!! Man Andrew reminds me of Basil so much in this!!

    Love it!

  • roflmfao

  • LOL!!!!!!!!

  • anyone know where i can find the sketch where andrew is a snotty british dude and fears riding a bicycle because he will be the laughing stock of the gentlemans club?

  • It's called Brightly Bloom the Daffodils. Other than that, I can't say which episode it was at the end of, but I can tell you I'll get to it eventually.

  • british ppl r funny

  • These people are Australian!

  • HAHAHA! Go to the ministry of silly walks andrew :P you are worthy
