Blender is now enable to produce results nearly as good as Cinema.

And Blender is 100% open source and Free..

The lighting is a little flat, but still good animation.

clearly something isn't working here - if you pause this you can see that the glass is not matched with the atom array. My attempt to constrain this didn't quite work. I wouldn't want to submit this for a final project... but for a test, I'll claim a minor win
