I always set a move and use it until i have no more PP and then swith, except against bosses where you need to do a bit more strategical moves (for example against rayquaza i got a lunatone, and against i switch off all its moves except hypnosis, and made it "exclusive move user")

Use the voices, if people are dumb enough to think that voice acting shouldn't be done, then they shouldn't watch chuggaconroy because he's had tons of voice acting and TONS of different people voice act in his let's plays....seriously now, come on
