Um..I am not real sure about 3.71 M33-4 I haven't played on it much, but there is a version some where. You will use a USB cable and hook your PSP to your computer the same way you would if you were doin custom firmware. On 3.71 If I am not mistaken it has full support for built in themes instead of hacked themes. I am not sure which FW version that started on though.

i dont know if this will work on 3.80 it would if you flashed it but if you have the 1.50 kernel installed then you dont have room for a theme this large in size.
