no he doesn't. He only came back once, when the T-002 Tyrant kills him in 1. That was to activate his virus so that he could come back to life as the super human that we see him as throughout the rest of the series. Code Veronica he just escaped after Chris left. 5 he was finally killed.

Ohh and if you havnt done it already, there should be a L.Hawk magmum in tha case you were trying to push open, use that against Wesker when he can't find you, or just when he's about to kick you and shoot the feck outta him lol, then when he drops to the floor, press the button sequence, Square, Square, Circle, X, then X and Square at the same time, or you can do it the boring way and aviod him for seven minutes, btw if you do kill him, there will be a gem at the stairs worth 10000 gold :P
