They cant make a sequal to the game, the orginal company that made the game sold the rights to Silicon Knights. SK wont make another until better software is avalible, and they still might not even make it. And iv read that if they do a sequal it will begin with the another generation of dragoons AKA dart and the others are long dead. Or they will make it about some one finding either Rose or Zeig's dragoon spirt. Those are some of the ideas iv read on the deveplent teams table.

in relation to LoD there was a new game series that came out that was similar in gameplay. leveling up, and story. the game was final fantasy. on the back of final fantasy 12 there is a note to the game of LoD. something about a mountain.

i was thinking that very thing about 20 minutes ago when i was watching the divine dragon boss fight. i don't think they should continue the story, I think they should remake it all together. Give it better graphics, make the characters ACTUALLY talk. That would be really good. But I have a feeling, that if they make a sequel, it's going to turn into another final fantasy . . . and no one wants another re-run of X and X-2.
