Sorry your recipe fail, your milk will turn gravy because rice will tickens your invented milk. I suggest to omit rice because your milk will turn sour, besides rice is considered carbohydrates.
I have found that using the same ingredients in a blender with about 2-4 cups of water (depending on how strong you want the flavour) then straining it gives as good a result, and only takes about 3 minutes all up. I make fresh rice milk every morning for coffee and other things during the day but only occasionally use the left over ingredients in cookies or with yoghurt.
@UTubeFan97 I suggest looking for a youtube video for specifics, but basically blend soaked rice, brown or white, with water, then use cheese cloth to drain off the liquid. tasted pretty good.
Ok but this would be a vegan milk what cus all soy milk is.

@FPSzanta We have been making milk this way for years and it has never gone sour or turned to gravy.

Okay, can I use any type of brown rice--short, medium, long? Does it matter?

@UTubeFan97 Any will work but long grain is the best for not being too thick.

i must have this special machine to make soy/ rice /oat drinks?
is it possible to use only blender?

Note that we also demonstrate with a blender and stove top pot. The machine is very convenient if you make your own milk frequently.
