  • WOW that's some green place you live in! :O

  • Yup. Definitely at this time of the year

  • Oh, you live near the great blue! That's wonderful!

It's good to really love the place you call your home...

  • It is indeed

  • ....what no lions, tigers , or bears ,...I did see the scarecrowe ,

  • haha

  • Ahh the ole sod. Nice! Pino I followed the route on google earth. Very cool seeing it from two perspectives.

  • Hey, I should try that myself. I went to look at Greystones before but the resolution isn't great.

  • considering you live in Britain how many months of the year do you actually have daylight after work ?

  • LOL! You're going to get some flak over that "in Britain" comment :P

  • don't worry pino, don't you know britain is in france? lol

  • (grin)

  • that was beautiful. u r so lucky to live by the sea. it looks like a very tranquil place.

also, thats very green of u to take the bus. they dont have them in my town, i wish they did.

  • Yeah. Public transport here used to be absolute crap, but things are improving. I'm very lucky in that the 84X just happens to go from very close to my house to very close to my work, and it's an "express" so it doesn't stop in every damn town either.

  • ...clicked your Ruby Slippers.....theres no place like home...........

  • No yellow bricks on this road though

  • This actually reminds me of my bicycle tour of Napa Valley.

  • ALL DAY LONG!!!

  • Ahhhh, the lush green landscape of Ireland.

I was there last summer, as a good friend of mine lives north of Dublin in Laytown.

Now Greystones, is that on the east coast?

  • Yup. South of Dublin. North County Wicklow

  • I think I was near there.

We went to lunch at Johnnie Fox's. Ever been?

  • Yup. With the diddly-eye and the lovely sea food. :-)

  • Yo Pino. Thanks for taking me along for the Ride.

  • You're welcome :-)

  • BTW Your poem earned a spot in "The Poetry Corner".

  • (grin). Nah. I'm a member. I posted that one myself (blush)
