Allied Armament is the company. And yes, it is semi automatic closed bolt design with a longer barrel and barrel shroud which uses standard PPSh-41, PPS-43 magazines in addition to PPSh drums. It's chambered in 7.62x25mm Tokarev. The new closed bolt, semi auto and barrel makes it legal and obtainable in the States without any permit. California and other liberal states have limited the use of such weapons because of high capacity magazines and the fact that they are pussies.

All else is dealer samples Pre or Post. A real-deal full auto PPSh-41 costs $13,000-$18,000. This is a US made receiver with doctored Russian parts to make a legal closed bolt semi. The SMG version is select fire open bolt. Cost, appox. $950. These are not crap.
