I like this, and I realize you're talking to church people, but have you and IDEA how laced, overflowing and packed to the gills with jargon your very good, valid ideas are surrounded by? Your talk is not getting more vivid (or concise either) with that jargon. It's in your way. I saw a couple of occasions where you paused, because you'd almost missed a place where a cliche (voting with their feet), idiom or bit of jargon could be inserted. Talk more like Jesus? Less like "a Christian?"
