This hotel was AMAZING! My first abroad holiday, (i'm 13), and i loved it so much! The staff we're extremely friendly, the food was different but so nice, and rooms were cosy, i admit, they weren't 100% amazing, but i barely spent much time in there, so it was worth it! The entertainment was amazing! My Dad also won a little darts competition, i went in september 2010! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The food was rubbish, the entertainment was the same each night and the customer service was terrible. Would never go back there again.

thought it was a fantastic place but a member of staff told us that the lake smells and bubbles at night because thats where the laundry machines empty which is a bit rank but apart from that we found the place clean freindly and enjoyable x

I went in July 08 and it wasn't that great, the food wasn't very good and the lake stunk of shit, other than that it was very fun, I was 14 at the time, very good for children

Just got back from there on Friday 4th September. There were no cases of food poisoning, and I did not suspect any of the barmen or waiters to be perves. The entertainment team were absolutely amazing, the food was different every day and there was something for everyone in the food department. Also, for the 2 weeks we were there it was on average about 32oC everyday. Our family would recommend this to anyone who loves, sun drink and food.

i went in like 2005. It was really good but at least one pool a day was closed because somebody had pood in the pool. And my sister was sick off the food aswell

A truly awful place. We went August 08 and there were 500 cases of food poisoning, my family included, but I saw the chef drop meat on the floor, but put in back on the tray and serve it anyway, so little wonder. Entertainment amateurish at best, hardly any professional shows. It was dirty and overcrowded. First Choice were rubbish, the reps could not be arsed and wwhen we complained when we returned home, we never even got a reply. Please don't spend your hard earned money here.

Stayed here in may, very good weather for this time of year, staff really friendly but half of complex is closed until busy season starts, food is exellent so much to choose from, entertainment is held indoors which is packed with familys of charvers with screaming kids who hog the front seats with buggys and inflatables on seats and leave them there till they have there meal and come back, and argue and are noisy. and parents letting their kids get drunk, entertainment is average.

i went there it was alright if u have litle kidz but if your my age 15 you will have more attraction outsdie the hotel and the shops are close to the hotel ect its a nice place but bit boring

be careful, the spanish guy who serves drinks at dinner is a dirty perve. he takes pictures of youngs girls as we clocked him doing it loads of times.

the average temperature in alcudia in august is 25°C and in September it is 23°C but i dont know about braids though.
