I'm not a fan of Mastadon, at all. I'm really into Finnish melodeath, so the low note bashing of HIgh on Fire and Converge made me gag. It didn't seem like music at all. I lol'd at the one guy who told Converge to get the hell of stage, they really were terrible. But Dethklok just stole the show.

I was at one of their shows in St. Paul in July 08 and they kicked so much ass live you have no idea! And sure the live version would have a lot more noise from the crowd but the live versions sound even better than the studio versions! Best live show I have seen in a long time. Even talked to Brenden and the Bassist after the show. Small can sing and play like a madman!! He was even switching back and forth from all the voices he does on the show between songs lol. Glad I got his Autograph ^_^

I bought the first season of Metalocolypse (is the second season even out yet??) casue James Hetfield and Kirk Hammet voice some people, and it was amazing, so I bought the cd, that was really great too.
