so annoyed with this machine >.< I returned the first one because it wouldn't cut, even after i adjusted the blade and did all of the things in the manual..and now the second one I've had cuts as the blade is positioning it self for the design...the support dept is taking for ever to even get back to me and I haven't been able to cut one thing! I baught a lot of accessories to go with it, like the spray glue and other items that are not returnable once used. GRRR
