@88HammerOfThor I'm mixed race & fought in the Martial arts for 20 years. In truth the black Man has much greater speed & maneuverability & even power than a White Man. In fact being big isn't a great advantage at all in a fight.

As I said size isn't always an advantage in a fight it can infant be an obvious disadvantage. And you have to admit the decedents of Africans have dominated many athletic sports for a long time, especially boxing & running. Even though there are exceptions on occasions. Studies have shown that black people have more fast twitch muscle fibers than other groups. the speed and tempo of movements & the capacity of an individual to adapt to exercise training are all genetically influenced.
