I miss this line up with the Norrman brothers. This show had great vocals by Jonas compared to shows I've seen after. I hope he's not losing his voice. Seems touring really takes a toll on him. Will always love Katatonia though!

Progressive specifically means that they often utilize tempo and time signature changes. Bands that are progressive: Dream Theater, King Crimson, Edge of Sanity, Opeth. Katatonia has progressive elements, but their material is far too much rooted in verse-chorus-verse-chorus structures to be considered progressive. That's one of the first things a progressive band decides to get rid of.

Seen these guys twice live in Glasgow. Awesome. One of the most consistant bands ever in my opinion. No album of theirs is bad or even poor at best! No filler, all great tunes. Last Fair Deal... is the best for me. In fact, scrub that, all theirs albums are amazing!
