@cdry789 For most bosses its 245 min IL. DPS is always 10k even for this fight. But the minimum IL would be 340. Thats what I require from my guild anyways.

@stoffni these are just entry level raids, the bosses arnt that difficult in the first few rais, check out magmaw in BWD the first boss, however on the vidoes it is bugged but the first few minutes you'll what oom really means.

Giving away epics which are as good as the highest tier availible through PvP and almost the highest in PvE is the stupidest idea ever. I was really hoping when Cataclysm comes there won't be as much noobs running around in high tier-gear... And then comes Tol Barad... Happy farming this bullshit every week.
