@ramv1243 For a set up on a parachute and rig etc your looking at a few grand 5grand brand new you will also need an altimeter to check you height etc you might find a package deal from a shop for both and it be abit cheaper. Be careful if buying second hand gear tho

@ramv1243 it is expensive to get to that position you need to learn to skydive first get a couple hundred skydives under your belt before you even contemplate a first jump course , you'd wanna be skydiving consistantly every weekend not 200 over 5years or so. decent skydive rigs second hand are about the same price as brand new base rigs were talking 10's of thousands and alot of commitment . ive only done 100 jumps in a year and a bit and ive spent thousands and i havent even base jumped yet
